Assured Industries, Inc. was founded on August 1, 1993.  The assets and customer base were purchased from Assured Manufacturing, which was started in 1989.  Assured Industries began as an ultra-small Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider with less than two-hundred thousand ($200,000) annual revenues in a 2200 square foot facility.  The company has been able to increase revenues and operating profits largely due to improvements made in the operations, addition of surface mount automation and adding significant systems integration capabilities.
